We will implement researched backed techniques and plans and come up with a personalized plan to create sustainable habits for lasting positive change

 

Group and Corporate Coaching

In group and corporate coaching settings I will coach on different wellness topics that individuals and employees can implement into their daily lives to create healthy habits and inspire optimal health. Adding a wellness program to your work place not only helps to improve the health and mood of employees but in turn boosts productivity and team moral.

Personalized Meal Plans

There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to a healthy lifestyle and diet. Whether your goal is to eat a variety of nutritious foods to improve your health or prevent illness, to have more energy, to lose/gain weight, or if you have food sensitivities or allergies and need a plan with recipes and a shopping list to follow, I will walk you through a Meal Plan Assessment to understand your goals and needs. We will come up with a personalized plan to help you achieve your nutrition goals with ease!

Restorative Space Course

In this extensive course I am joined by my talented twin sister Lex LeBlanc, an amazing interior designer you may have seen along side me in HGTV’s Listed Sisters. This course consists of two 1:1 live sessions and digital content where we teach you how to bring natural elements into your home to create a calming and restorative space to help boost your mood, relieve stress and inspire creativity. A happy healthy home environment is more than a pretty space. In this course you will learn techniques such as mindful meditation for you and your loved ones as well as breath work to help reduce stress and boost your mood.
